2. SCOPE OF SERVICES

Clauson Landscaping LLC agrees to provide the following lawn mowing services at the address listed above:

Mowing and trimming of all designated lawn areas
Edging along sidewalks, driveways, and curbs (if applicable)
Blowing of clippings from hard surfaces (driveways, walks, patios)

3. SERVICE SCHEDULE

Season Dates: The mowing season runs May 20th through August 12th (up to 13 mows weekly / up to 7 mows bi-weekly). No additional visits will be scheduled beyond the season end date.

Note: Clauson Landscaping LLC reserves the right to adjust the scheduled mowing day due to weather, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. FERTILIZATION

Fertilization services are available as an add-on to your mowing plan. Select how many treatments you'd like this season (pricing will be confirmed by Clauson Landscaping LLC).

5. PAYMENT TERMS

Payment Plan *

Accepted Payment Methods: Cash • QuickBooks Invoice (Credit Card, Debit Card, Apple Pay, Bank Transfer)

Processing Fees: 3.5% for Credit/Debit/Apple Pay; 1% for Bank Transfer. No fee for cash.

Late Payments: A 10% price increase will be applied to any balance not received within 7 days of the due date.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Either party may cancel with 7 days written notice via text, email, or written letter.
Customer cancellations receive a prorated refund less a $50 administrative fee.
If Clauson Landscaping LLC cancels without cause, a full prorated refund will be issued within 7 business days.
No refund for visits already completed.

7. Property Access

Customer agrees to ensure the lawn is accessible on the scheduled service day.
If access is denied, the visit will be skipped with no refund or rescheduling.
Customer is responsible for marking any hazards prior to the first mow.

8. Liability & Property Damage

Clauson Landscaping LLC carries general liability insurance.
Not liable for damage to unmarked, hidden, or improperly installed items.
Not responsible for pre-existing lawn conditions, drought, disease, or pet damage.
Claims must be reported within 48 hours of the service visit.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Idaho.

10. Entire Agreement

This contract constitutes the entire agreement between Clauson Landscaping LLC and the Customer regarding lawn mowing services. Any changes must be made in writing and signed by both parties.

11. PHOTO RELEASE

Clauson Landscaping LLC may photograph completed work for use in marketing, social media, and portfolio purposes. No identifying information about the Customer or property address will be shared.
